All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with any tracking information if applicable. Please note that dispatch times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or public holidays.
We strive to ensure timely dispatch, but unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. If we anticipate any significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will notify you promptly.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders exceeding ₹3,000 qualify for free delivery, subject to product availability.
Delivery Estimates
At Folklore Fragrances, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your favorite perfumes. For customers residing in Mumbai, we offer same-day delivery through our trusted partners, Wefast or Dunzo. For all other cities and states, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days. We appreciate your patience and are committed to providing you with the best service possible.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
Folklore Fragrances is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
