Refund/Cancellation and Return Policy

At Folklore Fragrances, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if your goods arrive damaged, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement, under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
1. Damaged Goods Only: We only accept returns and issue refunds if the goods arrive damaged.
2. Unboxing Video Required: To ensure that the damage did not occur after delivery, we require customers to film the unboxing of the product. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage to the item.
3. Notification Period: You must notify us of the damage and submit the unboxing video within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Refund Process: Once we verify the damage through the unboxing video, we will process a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Refund:
1. Email us at with your order number, a description of the damage, and the unboxing video.
2. Our customer service team will review the information and get back to you within 1-3 working days with further instructions.

Cancellation Policy
At Folklore Fragrances, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
